Yoga Flow Vinyasa

Join veteran yoga instructor, Kim Slader, for an hour of flow as you melt away the stress of yesterday with a Vinyasa yoga class. Kim will lead the group through a flow of stretching and yoga poses for yogis of all levels. Kim is adept at modifications and adjusting so that you can get the most out of your practice. Bring your mat, your water, and any other essentials you need (blocks, straps, etc) to practice with Kim at the ARTfactory.
